Counter Notice Submission to Restore Removed Content:
If you believe your material was removed mistakenly, provide us with a written counter-notification including:
Your name, address, telephone number, or email address. A description of the removed material and its previous location on Ohsnapspot (e.g., URL). A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was due to a mistake. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in Limassol for legal matters, or any jurisdiction in which Ohsnapspot operates. Your electronic or physical signature. Please send this information to our copyright agent at: admin@ohsnapspot.com. Our agent will promptly investigate your notice, reaching out to the publisher who uploaded the content.
Please note that complete counter-notifications will be shared with the original DMCA notice submitter. They may choose to file a lawsuit against you for copyright infringement. If no lawsuit is filed within ten (10) business days of receiving your counter-notification, we will restore the removed materials. Until then, they will remain inaccessible. We will provide a copy of the original DMCA takedown notice upon request.
